About EES-Ringlus

Non-profit organisation (MTÜ) EES-Ringlus was formed on 16.02.2005 by 28 entrepreneurs dealing with the production and sales of electric and electronic equipment to fulfil the legislation of the European Community and Republic of Estonia.

Articles of association was approved by the memorandum of association 16 February 2005, and has been changed by decisions of general meeting 16.12.2005, 21.11.2006 and 27.05.2008.
